MOVIES IN THE PARK

Movies in the park bring the community and families closer together! We offer indoor and outdoor movie night rentals. Our rental staff will set everything up for you and make sure everything is running smoothly from start to finish. We will have the ability to make announcements or play music before and after the show. Our screens can be set up on grass or concrete but we recommend setting them up on the grass.

Our movie in the park rental package comes with the following:

Movie playback devices ( DVD/Blu-ray players) backup on-site with one Wireless mic for announcements

A.V. Tech on-site for setup, movie duration & takedown

*Power requirements: 2x 20 amp power outlets within 100 ft of the movie screen.

Popcorn Machine Rental

Our commercial popcorn machines are a hit great for fun raising it come with everything you need to sit back and enjoy your movie! You get delicious flavored movie theater butter popcorn served in cute little bags and a popcorn bag loader. This package is great for up to 200 guests. If you are having more than 200 guests its an additional $45 per 200 guests

Quiet Generator Rental

These super quiet generators are Ideal for running your movie nights they can cover your projector, blowers and sound system,DVD players. These generators have 2800 running watts and 3000 startup watts. any more power is needed you will need a second generator. These generators can run for hours on one tank of gas. Comes with a full tank of gas.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS ARE SAYING

All of our movie rentals come with all the equipment you need for a really fun movie night. This rental does not cover the movie copyright licensing. We can direct you to where to purchase one if you choose to do so or we can get one for you. We recommend having one! The fines are not cheap and if you get caught without one it’s a really expensive fine. If we provide the licensing for you, it’s gonna change the package price listed above a little or a lot depending on how many guests and what movie you choose to watch and where the location is, etc. In most cases, our clients provide their own movie and movie licensing.
