Our seasoned Pro wedding DJ’s play all the music you want to hear, but also ensure the night flows smoothly with no hiccups! By using our online customization planner, you can go into the finer details of the services needed. This will allow you to organize your wedding in your free time and at your own pace. WHAT’S DIFFERENT ABOUT US?
We are NOT a one-man band at your wedding! What if something happens to your DJ/Event Host? We send out a minimum of TWO DJ(s) to every wedding.

We send out a master of ceremony DJ and a secondary headliner DJ to just about every wedding!
We are not just DJ’s, but also wedding consultants! What does this mean? With years’ worth of weddings experience, our team can answer any questions, from what songs to play to helping you with the perfect timeline. You can reach out to us day or night for advice.
For most of our weddings we use Computer controlled Lighting; NOT lighting that will want to make you puke! Lighting is key to setting the vibe in any room, from dinner to slow dancing to a high energy dance floor. Most DJs use what is called sound active lighting, which are lights that do random flashes, strobes, dots, and colors. Our lighting is controlled and does only what we program it to do! Our experienced event production team will be with you every step of the planning process for your wedding

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR
DREAM DAY

We would first like to congratulate you both on your announcement to exchange your Wedding vows. Whether your wedding date is six months away or a year away you will soon be faced with many decisions in your plans for that perfect day. Well, at Dance N Groove DJs we would honor the opportunity to help you the best we can in making a wise choice for your wedding needs. The first step is a simple one. After reviewing our information within this site, you may wish to look further into our service and if you do, you and your fiancé will be invited to our office to meet with Heath. While at this consultation we will give you the opportunity to ask questions and help you along with your concerns. We have a large selection of Caterers, Photographer’s, Videographers, Venues, Wedding Decor, Cakes, DJ’s and many other professionals for your special day. We will go over all timelines, vendor load in, and venue requirements and all the final touches pertaining to your dream Wedding and show you some photos of our past work. This will be a perfect time to go over all your questions and concerns about our services and fees for Wedding planning. You will be sent off with detailed information about our wedding services along with a detailed wedding time of events.
- Pre-Planning Meeting: Planning the Ceremony and Reception Layout: We will first select a venue for your special day and make all the necessary arrangements for a visual walk through and food tasting. We will then plan a layout of the room to utilize and maximize the space for all your guests. At this point we will select flower arrangements, table cloth colors, china settings, seating arrangements, invitations, menus, and wine selection if applicable. We will select a Ceremony location and make all necessary arrangements for a visual walk through along with guest setting and sound system requirements.
- Rehearsal Dinner: We make all arrangements for the dinner rehearsal including rehearsing all the steps for the Wedding Day Ceremony. At this point we will assure that everyone in the bridal party are on the same page and ready to go the next day. We will finalize with all your vendors and Wedding venue.
- Wedding Day Ceremony: Our staff will arrive long before your Wedding starts to begin all the setup and layout plans. As you and your bridal party are getting ready to walk down the aisle, we are making final preps with music, sound, guest seating, and awaiting your arrival.
- Wedding Reception: While the Wedding Ceremony has begun, we are preparing your reception room for all your guests to arrive for this grand celebration! All arrangements will have been prepared and ready to go. Wedding Gifts & Other Items: At the end of your reception your coordinator will deliver your Wedding Gifts to a destination of your choice along with any other items that you may have.
- Final Farewell: We will arrange for a limousine or other transportation to pick you and your new spouse up and send you on your way in style! Your time and investment is important.
